Press the bank containing the
channel you wish to clear.
The screen displays the first
programmable channel for that
bank. If that channel displays
000.0000, press or until
the channel/ frequency you wish
to clear appears.
(In this example channel 6
contains frequency 149.025
MHz.)
The screen cycles between two
displays. The first screen shows
that channel 6 on the Freenet
(FRN) bank (149.025) is
selected.
The second screen shows that
the null frequency (000.0000) is
ready to be programmed.
Press PROG.
The screen displays a null
frequency in that channel.
Press the bank key again to
resume scanning in that bank.
