10. Warning

2) Closing status of the blades of clip should be
verified immediately following surgery.
[The most serious adverse events that may be
reported in conjunction with this clip include
displacement of the clip, slip-out of the clip,
ejection of the clip from the clip applier, clip
fracture, laceration of a cerebral aneurysm,
