Confirmation of error messages

A fault is present if the red LED on the regeneration unit lights up. Should this occur, restart the
regeneration program by pressing the "START" button.

Function check

Please refer to the corresponding section in the standard Operating Instructions!
5.2

Switching on the device

Please proceed as follows to activate the cooling at the active cooling compartment:
1. Make sure that the active cooling compartment is regenerated
2. Start the cooling process by setting the valve lever to "ON"
3. The cooling process can be interrupted and stopped at any time by closing the valve
To regenerate the active cooling compartment in the regeneration unit, please proceed as follows:
1. Make sure that the valve lever on the active cooling compartment is set to "OFF" and thus that
the valve is closed
2. Open the regeneration unit by releasing the toggle-type fasteners
3. Place the active cooling compartment into the regeneration unit
4. Close the regeneration unit and fasten the two toggle-type fasteners
5. Start the regeneration process by pressing the "Start" button
6. On completion of the regeneration process (after approx. 9 hours), open the regeneration unit
for it to cool down
7. The active cooling compartment is now completely regenerated and can be used again to cool
samples.
