The master system (PC) starts every session sending the following
message to the slave units connected:
<STX> + <ADR> + <WINDOW> + <COMMAND> + <DATA> + <ETX> +
<CRC>
In this case the value to be assigned to the ADDRESS field must be 80
hex.
