5.4 Mounting the switches
• Slide the switch (1) into the mounting
duct so that the set screw (2) on the
switch points upwards.
• Adjust the switching point.
• Fix the switch into place using set
screw.
• Lay the cables (3) in the free spaces
of the mounting duct.
When checking the function,
please follow the instructions in the
"Start-up" section! ! 7.
5.5 Completing the mounting
procedure
• Measure out the required length of lid
for the mounting duct, saw to length,
deburr the edges, and slide the lid in
(4).
• For Precision Modules with cover plate:
• Mount the carriage plate (5).

5.6 Shifting or removing the
switches
F The cables are cast into the
switches. If a proximity switch with a
longer cable is required, we recommend
ordering a new one.
Switch off the power supply!
• Pull the lid out of the mounting duct
(7).
• Loosen the set screw (8) on the switch.
• Shift the switch and adjust the new
switching point. Fix the switch into
place with the set screw.
• To remove a switch, pull it out of the
mounting duct.
• Slide the lid back into the duct.
When checking the function,
please follow the instructions in the
"Start-up" section! ! 7.
5.4 Montage des interrupteurs
• Introduire l'interrupteur (1) dans le
che-min de câbles de sorte que la vis à
tête cylindrique (2) de l'interrupteur
soit orientée vers le haut.
• Régler l'intervalle de commutation.
• Immobiliser l'interrupteur par la vis à
tête cylindrique.
• Poser le câble (3) dans l'espace libre du
chemin de câbles.
Pour le contrôle des fonctions, voir
le chapitre « Mise en service » ! ! 7.
5.5 Fin du montage
• Mesurer la longueur du cache du che-
min de câbles, le scier et l'ébavurer,
puis l'enfiler dans la rainure (4).
• Modules de précision avec cache en
tôle :
• Monter le support plateau (5).

• Fixer le cache en tôle (6). ! 9.15
5.6 Déplacement ou dépose
des interrupteurs
F Les câbles sont moulés dans les in-
terrupteurs. Si les câbles sont trop courts,
nous recommandons l'achat d'un nouvel
interrupteur.
Interrompre l'alimentation élec-
trique !
• Retirer le cache du chemin de câbles
(7).
• Desserrer la vis à tête cylindrique (8) de
l'interrupteur.
• Pour régler un nouvel intervalle de
com-mutation, déplacer l'interrupteur
et le fixer à l'aide de la vis à tête
cylindrique.
• Pour la dépose, retirer l'interrupteur du
chemin de câbles.
• Remettre en place le cache du chemin
de câbles.

5.4 Montare l'interruttore
• Inserire l'interruttore (1) nella canalina
di fissaggio in modo tale che il grano
filettato (2) che si trova nell'interruttore
sia rivolto verso l'alto.
• Regolare il punto di commutazione.
• Fissare l'interruttore con il grano filet-
tato.
• Posare il cavo (3) nello spazio libero
della canalina di fissaggio.
Per il controllo del funzionamento
osservare il capitolo « Messa in funzio-
ne »! ! 7.
5.5 Concludere il montaggio
• Misurare, tagliare a misura, sbavare ed
infilare in posizione il coperchio della
canalina di fissaggio (4).
• Nei moduli con protezione in lamiera:
• montare la base di attacco della
tavola (5). ! 9.14
• montare la lamiera di protezione
(6). ! 9.15
5.6 Spostare o smontare
l'interruttore
F I cavi sono integrati nel corpo
degli interruttori. Se occorre un
interruttore con un cavo più lungo,
raccomandiamo di acquistarne uno
nuovo.
Staccare la corrente!
• Togliere il coperchio dalla canalina di
fissaggio (7).
• Allentare il grano filettato (8) che si
trova nell'interruttore.
• Per regolare il nuovo punto di commu-
tazione spostare l'interruttore e fissarlo
con il grano filettato.
• Per smontarlo, estrarre l'interruttore
dalla canalina di fissaggio.
• Infilare nuovamente il coperchio.

ne »! ! 7.
