ADVICE OF MAINTENANCE
Operation and maintenance require technical understanding, technical care and safety-conscious behaviour.
Since the manufacturer and seller have no influence on the proper operation and maintenance of the models, these dangers are
expressly pointed out and any liability is excluded.
All moving parts pose a constant risk of injury.
Note that motors and controllers can reach high temperatures during operation. It is imperative that you avoid touching such parts.
Also make sure that no other objects meet rotating parts! Observe the instructions from the battery manufacturer.
Overcharging or incorrect charging can cause the batteries to explode. Pay attention to correct polarity.
Protect your devices from dust, dirt, and moisture. Do not expose the devices to excessive heat, cold, or vibration. Only use
recommended chargers and only charge your batteries up to the specified charging time. Note the loading control. Always check
your devices for damage and replace defects with original spare parts.
Do not use damaged or wet devices, even if they are dry again! Either have it checked by AMEWI Service or replace it. Your local
specialist dealer will also be able to help you.
Only the components and accessories recommended by us may be used. No changes may be made to the remote-control systems.

We therefore do not accept any liability for losses, damage or costs that arise from incorrect use and operation or are in any way
related to them.
As far as legally permissible, the obligation to pay compensation, regardless of the legal reasons, is limited to the invoice value of
the AMEWI products directly involved in the event causing the damage.
This does not apply if there is unlimited liability in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions due to intent or gross
negligence.
