Safety has priority in case of fire:
5. If a fire comes from the engine or smoke escapes from a location other than the exhaust system, first move
away from the device to ensure your physical safety.
6. Use a dry powder fire extinguisher to prevent the fire from spreading.
7. A panic reaction could cause the fire and other damage to take on an even greater scale.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. Make sure that all nuts, bolts, and screws are tightened and that the device is in a safe operating condition.
2. Check the catcher regularly for signs of wear and tear and functional impairments.
3. Remember that on devices with gearwheels, the movement of one gearwheel can cause the other
gearwheels to start rotating with it.
4. When adjusting the device, be careful not to get your fingers caught between moving teeth and rigid parts of
the device.
5. When performing maintenance on the teeth, be aware that the teeth can still move even when the engine is
switched off.
6. For your safety, worn or damaged parts should be replaced immediately. Use only original spare parts and
original accessories.
7. Store the device in a place out of reach of children.
8. Never store the machine with gasoline in the tank inside a building where vapors can cause a naked flame
or spark.
9. Let the engine cool down before storing it in any enclosure.
10. To reduce the risk of fire, keep the engine, silencer, battery compartment, and fuel storage compartment
free of grass, straw, moss, leaves, or excess grease.
11. If it is necessary to empty the fuel tank, do so outdoors. The emptied fuel should be stored in a container
specially designed for fuel storage or disposed of properly.
