Installation
Risk due to unauthorised work being performed on the device!
Risk of injury and damage to equipment.
Assembly, installation, commissioning and servicing work must only be performed by
personnel who are both authorised and suitably trained for this purpose.
8.1 Opening and closing the enclosure.
Danger due to damaged threads!
If threads are damaged, the spark protection gap can no longer be
guaranteed.
Place the cover carefully to one side or carefully put it onto the enclosure.
Replace the cover or the enclosure with damaged threads immediately!

Opening the enclosure
Unscrew the cover screw (1).
Unscrew the cover by means of a handle (3).
Take the weight of the cover into account, if necessary, use appropriate lifting
appliances.
Carefully place the cover.
Do not damage the cover thread.
Close the enclosure.
If necessary, treat the cover thread with reducing lubricant oils.
Screw in the cover to the stop to enclosure cover stop screw (2).
Press cover screw (1) downward and tighten it to a torque of 5 - 6 Nm.
Gap limiting surfaces must not be changed. Painting and processing are not permitted.
Do not place any seals at the gap limiting surfaces.
