Incline Feature
• Incline may be adjusted anytime after belt movement.
• Incline can't be back to 0 after removing safety key.
• Incline can be back to 0 after starting machine again.
Pulse Grip Feature
Hold on both stainless steel pulse sensors in the handrails, the The Pulse (Heart Rate) console window
will display your current heart rate during the workout within 15 seconds . Note: You must use both
stainless steel sensors to display your pulse.
Calorie Display
Displays the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your workout.
Note: This is only a rough guide used for comparison of different exercise sessions, which cannot be used
for medical purposes.
400 Meter Track
The 400 Meters Track will be displayed on the simulation running track. The flashing dot indicates your
progress, but only to show an approximate speed of effort. Once the 400 meter is complete, the buzzer
will sound three times, this feature will begin again.
