POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Hearing module not switched on
• Empty or weak battery
• Battery compartment doesn't close
• Blocked earpiece
• Blocked cerumen filter
• Earpiece has been placed too loosely
• Blocked earpiece
• Hearing loss has changed
• Too much cerumen (ear wax) in the
auditory canal
• Volume is set too low
• Blocked cerumen filter
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
• Switch on hearing module
(close battery compartment)
• Replace battery with a new one
• Insert the battery correctly
• Clean the earpiece
• Replace the cerumen filter
• Remove the earpiece and reinsert
• Clean the earpiece
• Consult your hearing care professional
