you to vary the distance of the
monitor towards the front or the
rear so that it can be adjusted

Basic Operations
Turning on/off
To turn on the device, briefly press the POWER button on the operating panel or STANDBY button on
remote control. To turn the device off, long press (3 seconds) and release this button. The device will
then turn off. If the device is activated after the ignition has been started, it will automatically turn on
and off with the ignition during subsequent operation.
Factory default settings ("RESET")
By using the reset function, the device can be changed back to the factory default settings.
To use the reset function, please press the POWER button on the device about 10 seconds and release.
The device will then be reset and turned off if required.
Mode settings
Press MODE button to select sources between radio, DVD (if inserted), SD/MMC card/USB (if inserted),
rear view camera, and AUX IN.
Loudness function
Long press the MODE button on the device or TP/LOUD button on remote control to switch Loudness
ON/OFF
Changing the volume
The volume of the device can be changed with the round control dial or VOL+/- buttons on remote
control. The current volume of the device will be indicated on the display in the process. When the car
radio is turned off, the volume is only stored if it falls below the level of the "S.VOLUME" setting. Any
volume levels exceeding this are reduced to protect hearing. The volume for the reactivation can be set
in the audio setting menu under the "S.VOLUME" function.
Muting the speakers
To mute the connected speakers, briefly press the "MUTE" (Power) button. "MUTE" will appear on the
display. To return to the original volume, press the "MUTE" button again briefly or turn the volume
control dial on the control panel or press VOL+/- buttons on remote control.
Menu settings level 1
By briefly pressing the volume control dial on the device or SEL button on remote control once or several
times, the functions of menu level 1, volume control, bass setting, treble setting, and the speaker
balance between the left and right as well as front and rear speaker groups (fader) can be selected and
set.
Note: In DVD mode the settings the functions BRIGHT, CONTRAST, COLOR and SHARP are also
selectable.
