Telephone Calls

Answering the telephone

To accept an incoming call press the
PICK UP button or
press the LOUDSPEAKER button or
take the handset out of the cradle.
The call symbol " " will appear in the
display.

Ending calls

To end a call press the HANG UP
button or
press the LOUDSPEAKER button or
replace the handset in the charge
cradle.
The call symbol is now no longer
displayed.

Making external calls

Enter the relevant telephone number
using the numeric keys.
Press the PICK UP button or
press the LOUDSPEAKER button.
The telephone is then connected to the
number dialled.
You can also carry out the procedure in
reverse:
Press the PICK UP button or
press the LOUDSPEAKER button.
Enter the relevant telephone number
using the numeric keys.

Making internal calls

Press the MENU key.
Select the "Internal call" menu.
Press the MENU key.
A flashing cursor and "Number" appear in
the display.
Dial the internal number of the relevant
handset using the numeric keypad.
The telephone is then connected to the
handset dialled.
Internal calls are not transferred by
your network provider and are
therefore free of charge.

Setting the volume

You can set the volume of the receiver or
loudspeaker during a call. You can choose
between five volume settings.
Press the NAVIGATION button during
the call until you reach the required
volume level.
Press the MENU key.
Continue the call.
