Adjusting the saddle height

WARNING
!
Risk of accident and injury!
EN
If you do not observe the minimum insertion depth for the seat post,
the seat post may slip or break.
» You absolutely must observe the minimum insertion depth for the
seat post (fig. 13).
» Never shorten the seat post arbitrarily.
NOTE
Risk of damage!
If the seat post is inserted too deeply into the seat tube, components
of the e-bike system can be damaged.
» Guide the seat post carefully into the seat tube.
» If you feel resistance, stop inserting the seat post.
» If a correct adjustment is not possible, contact your specialist dealer.
Minimum insertion depth of the seat post
There is a mark on the seat post which indicates the minimum
distance the seat post must be inserted into the seat tube.
When you have adjusted the saddle height correctly, the
marking should no longer be visible.
Models with LightSKIN seat post
When adjusting the saddle height, make sure that at least 3
LightSKIN seat post LEDs are visible (fig. 13)! Only then is the
e-bike roadworthy.
