7 - (Fig.43) Inserire il perno spingimolla nella spina dentata e
successivamente la molla,, avendo cura di ingrassare le suddette parti
prima di montarle.
8 - Inserire lo spinotto nel foro della spina dentata e successivamente
posizionare la rondella dentata sull'estremità scanalata della spina)
che sporgerà dal supporto dei bracci di alcuni millimetri.
Montare quindi la molla facendone coincidere il diametro interno con la
rondella posta sulla rondella dentata .
Coprire con il cappellotto , inserire le viti , centrando i fori del supporto
bracci, quindi avvitarle.

9 - Verificare il corretto funzionamento del dispositivo di bloccaggio
bracci, premendo verso l'alto il perno spingimolla e ruotando il braccio
in uno dei 2 sensi, così che dopo una breve rotazione il perno ritorni

nella sua posizione (Fig.43b).
10 - Ripetere le stesse operazioni per il montaggio degli altri 3 bracci.

11 - Avvitare i piattelli alle estremità dei bracci e fissarli con i relativi
anelli seeger .

7 - (Fig.43) Insert the spring pressure pin into the hollow core of the
splined dowel pin) and then fit the spring. Grease the parts before as-
sembling.
8 - Now insert pin into the hollow core of the dowel pin and then fit col-
lar with splines on the inside diameter over the splines on the dowel pin
(note that the splined dowel pin will protrude from the arm bracket by a
few millimetres.
Fit the second spring so that the inside diameter engages the pre-as-
sembled washer secured by the screw .
Fit cap and insert screws making sure they engage the holes on the
arm brackets, then tighten.
9-Check the arms blocking system works properly: push the spring
thrusting pin upwards, rotate the arm until the pin comes back to its po-
sition (fig. 43b)
10- Repeat the same operations to mount the other 3 arms.
11 - Screw the disk support plates onto the end of the arms, then se-
cure with circlips .
