4. COMMISSIONING
Carefully read the label on the equipment, do not cover it for any reason and
replace it immediately if damaged. Do not remove protections or panelling on
the appliance that require the usage of tools.
Positioning
Ensure that in respect of the dimensions (pls. see table from chapter 11) the
space reserved for the equipment allows its correct utilisation and ease of
maintenance. After carefully unpacking the appliance, remove the protection
film and all of the protection's material, which safeguards the appliance during
the shipping. Place the appliance on a flat surface and level it by screwing and
adjusting the levelling feet (where present) to ensure its efficient operation.
The appliance must be lifted only form the exterior of the base to avoid the
possibility of damage. If the device has been positioned horizontally, even for
a short period, wait at least two hours after having positioned it vertically,
before turning it on. The equipment must not be installed in dangerous
environments, in the open air or exposed to rain; it should be placed far from
heat sources (radiators, direct lighting, etc.) and protected from direct sunlight
and draughts. Make sure to allow the free air circulation around the cabinet
and to the condensing unit. The inobservance of these specific conditions will
detrimentally affect the appliance and its performance.
Initial cleaning
Carefully clean all the parts of the appliance before the use. For the internal
parts, use an antibacterial neutral detergent; for the plastic parts use a slightly
wet cloth. Dry the appliance and its parts with a soft clean cloth. Do not use
harsh or abrasive solvents or detergents.
