BOMAX WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

Warranty Conditions

• BOA AIR branded products are under the guarantee of BOMAX AIR for 3 years against
manufacturing defects, provided that the principles, warnings and standards specified in the
User Manual are followed.
• The Warranty Certificate must be filled out and stamped by the BOMAX AIR authorized dealer from
whom you purchased the device.
• Warranty transactions are valid only for transactions to be carried out by BOMAX AIR approved
services. Manufacturer and seller companies are not responsible for the intervention of non-expert
and unauthorized persons to the device.
• Repair period is maximum 20 (twenty) business days. This period starts from the date the device is
delivered to our authorized service workshops, to our authorized dealers or to our company in the
absence of our authorized service workshops. If the device malfunction is not repaired within 15
(fifteen) business days, BOMAX AIR will allocate another device with similar features to the use of the
customer until the repair of the device is completed.
• The determination of the technical methods to be applied for the elimination of the defect and
the determination of the parts to be replaced is entirely up to the manufacturer. The rectification can
be done at the location of the device, in our authorized service workshops or in our production
facility. Our customer's approval is essential.
• From the date of delivery of the device, provided that it is within the warranty period;
• Continuity of not being able to benefit from the device as a result of the same failure more than two
times or different failures occurring more than four within 1 (one) year.
• Exceeding the maximum time required for repair,,
• If not available by authorized service workshops, respectively; If it is determined that the repair of
the defect is not possible with the report to be prepared by our authorized dealer, the closest service
representative of our regional representative, or by the representative of our company, the
replacement will be done free of charge.
• The time for repairs to be made during the warranty period is added to the warranty period.
• The warranty period of the goods replaced during the warranty application is limited to the
remaining warranty period of the purchased product.
• Warranty period; The warranty starts from the date of delivery to the consumer and the warranty
period is 3 years from the delivery date.

• For problems that may arise with regard to the Guarantee Certificate, it can apply to the Ministry of
Science, Industry and Technology, General Directorate of Protection of Consumer and Competition.
• In accordance with the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Communiqué on Guarantee
Certificate Application Principles put into effect on the basis of this law, the use of this Guarantee
Certificate Permission has been granted by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology,
General Directorate of Protection of Consumers and Competition.
GENERAL MATTERS EXCLUDING THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY
The following issues and any malfunctions, problems and damages that occur or may occur within
the scope of these articles will not be covered by the warranty.
• Falsification or loss of Capacity Label and Warranty Certificate .
• The life of the filters has expired (Filters are consumables and may need to be changed before the
warranty period), Damages and failures arising from the use contrary to the matters in the User
Manual and out of purpose.
• Damages and failures caused by incorrect type selection.
• Failure to install the device in accordance with the assembly picture in the User Manual.
• Voltage drop or excess, use of ungrounded socket, damage and failures caused by faulty electrical
installations .
• In electrical devices, excluding equipment covered by EN 60204-1 (electrical panel), other electrical
equipment (resistance, thermostat).
• Damages and failures caused by maintenance and repairs other than those approved by BOMAX
AIR.
• Damages and failures caused by transportation, unloading, loading, storage, external physical
(crash, collapse, crushing) and chemical factors after the delivery of the device.
• Damage and failures caused by environmental factors (earthquake, fire, flood, flood, strong wind,
lightning strike,dirty installation, humidity, dampness, frost exposure of the device)
