3.11 Montage der Vorder- und Rückbordwand
Material: 1 Vorder- und 1 Rückbordwand-jeweils gleiches Maß, 4 Klappschellen mit Metallklammern
A. Nehmen Sie sich als erstes die Rückbordwand zur Hand. Achten Sie darauf, dass die zwei Metall-Laschen nach unten und nach
außen zeigen müssen.
B. Nun führen Sie die zwei Metall-Laschen in einer schrägen Stellung in die dafür vorgesehenen Aufnahmebügel an der Plattform ein.
Klappen Sie dann die Rückbordwand an die schon montierte Seitenbordwand.
C. Um eine feste Verbindung zwischen der Seiten- und der Vorderbordwand herzustellen, benötigen Sie eine schwarze Klappschelle
mit Metallklammer. Führen Sie die Metallklammer der Klappschelle zunächst in die dafür vorgesehene Nut der Seitenbordwand ein,
und klappen Sie unter Druck die Klappeschelle nach rechts auf die Rückbordwand.
D. Wiederholen Sie diesen Montagevorgang mit der Vorderwand wie bereits unter B. und C. beschrieben.
3.11 Assembly of front and rear panels
Material: 1 front and 1 rear panel each of same measurements, 4 clamps with metal clips
A. First take the rear panel. Please note that the two metal plates have to point downwards and outwards.
B. Now guide the two metal plates in a sloping position into the designated mounting brackets at the platform. Then clap the rear panel
onto the side panel already mounted.
C. For a firm connection between the side and the front panel you need a black clamp with a metal clip. First guide the metal clip of the
clamp into the designated slot of the side board and clap the clamp under pressure to the right onto the rear panel.
D. Repeat this assembly procedure as described under B. and C. with the front panel.

3.19 Montage der Deichsel
für den Handwagenbetrieb
A. Nehmen Sie die Deichsel und schieben diese in die Führung der Deichselaufnahme für den
Handwagenbetrieb ein.
B. Der Sicherungsknopf zeigt schräg links nach oben. Drücken den Sicherungsknopf in die
Deichselführung ein und drehen Sie die Deichsel im Uhrzeigersinn bis sie hörbar unter einem
„Klicken" fest einrastet. Zu Anfang bestäuben Sie die Deichsel leicht mit Silikonspray. Achtung:
Staubkörner können die Fassung beschädigen.
3.19 Assembly of drawbar
for manual operation
A. Take the drawbar and insert it into the conduct of the drawbar attachment bracket for manual
operation.
B. The safety button points diagonally upwards to the left. Press the safety button into the
drawbar attachment bracket and turn the drawbar in clockwise direction until is snaps in firmly
audibly by a "click". At the beginning slightly dust the drawbar with silicone spray.
Note: Grains of dust could damage the fitting.
3.20 Demontage der Deichsel
für den Handwagenbetrieb
A. Zunächst heben Sie den Transporter ein wenig an, damit Sie die Deichselaufnahme mit der
Hand erreichen können.
B. In der Mitte, innerhalb der Deichselaufnahme, unterhalb der Bodenplatte des Transporters,
finden Sie den Sicherungsknopf.
C. Drücken Sie den Sicherungsknopf und drehen gleichzeitig die Deichsel entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn bis zum Anschlag.
D. Ziehen Sie nun die Deichsel aus der Deichselaufnahme heraus.
3.20 Dismounting of drawbar
for manual operation
A. First lift the carrier slightly that you can reach the drawbar attachment bracket with you
hand.
B. In the middle, inside the drawbar attachment bracket, below the base plate of the carrier,
you find the safety button.
C. Press the safety button and simultaneously turn the drawbar counter clockwise up to the
end.
D. Now pull the drawbar out of the drawbar attachment bracket.
