3. Proper use
The cutting stand is designed for the cutting of
metal using an angle grinder (with a cutting wheel
diameter of 115/125 mm).
The equipment is to be used only for its prescri-
bed purpose. Any other use is deemed to be a
case of misuse. The user / operator and not the
manufacturer will be liable for any damage or inju-
ries of any kind caused as a result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been de-
signed for use in commercial, trade or industrial
applications. Our warranty will be voided if the
machine is used in commercial, trade or industrial
businesses or for equivalent purposes.

2. Damage to hearing if no suitable ear protec-
tion is used.
3. Health damage caused by hand-arm vib-
rations if the equipment is used over a pro-
longed period or is not properly guided and
maintained.
5. Before starting the equipment
Before you connect the equipment to the mains
supply make sure that the data on the rating plate
are identical to the mains data.
Warning!
Always pull the power plug before making
adjustments to the equipment.
5.1 Assembling the cutting stand (Fig. 3-6)

Use the two screws (a) from Fig. 4 to fit the
swing arm (4) on the base plate (1) as shown
in Fig. 5.
•
Fit the handle (5), the two holders for the ang-
le grinder (7) and the two adjusting screws
for the angle grinder (8a, 8b) from Fig. 4 as
shown in Fig. 6.
•
Fit the spark guard by screwing the nut (9c)
onto the bar (9b) and then pushing the spark
guard (9a) onto the bar (9b). Then secure the
spark guard (9a) with the washer (9d) and
the wing nut (9e). Now use the wing nut (9f)
to fasten the spark guard (9) to the swing arm
(4).

Finally fasten the cable clip (6) as shown in
Fig. 6.
•
The stand must always be securely fastened
to a workbench. Place the equipment on a
sturdy and level surface where it is well illu-
minated.
5.2 Fitting the angle grinder to the cutting
stand (Fig. 1)
This cutting stand is designed for angle grinders
with a wheel diameter of 115 mm and 125 mm.
Fit the angle grinder as follows.
•
First turn back the two adjusting screws for
the angle grinder (8).
•
Then insert the angle grinder and secure it
with the two fastening screws for the angle
grinder (2), i.e. with the M8 or M10 screws
depending on the angle grinder.
•
Now turn the adjusting screws for the angle
grinder (8) in order to secure the body of the
angle grinder so that it cannot twist.
•
Finally you can tilt the spark guard (9) for-
