Cleaning the pump is essential for the longevity of fountain
You have to examine and clean the water pump when the flow of water reduced. Use a brush to clean
the dust and the pets fur after opening the water pump according to procedure (1 to 3)
The fountain MUST be unplugged
How frequently do I need to change filter ?
the Charcoal filter should be changed every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on frequency of use
How often should I clean the fountain ?
Fountain should be cleaned at least once a week

Safety instructions

- For indoor use only
- Do not allow children to play with the fountain
- Always unplug fountain from power supply before cleaning
- Clean filter with water only
- Do not use hot water, alcohol or organic solvents to clean the fountain. Use only tap water
- Check water level daily . Never operate the pump unless it is completely submerged in water
as this could damage the pump
- To avoid electric shock please do not allow pets or small children to chew on power cord.
- Always place fountain on a flat level surface to avoid overturning.
