Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Insufficient water supply pressure.
Filters are dirty.
Cold and hot water supply connected
incorrectly.
Closing valve is defective
Thermostat is not set to warm/hot.
Basic hot water pressure is too low.
Hoses are bent.
Cold and hot water supply connected
incorrectly.
Filters are dirty.
Temperature controller is dirty or calcified.
Spring is defective or button is calcified.
Nups are dirty.
Flexible shower head is angled.
Dirt or sedimentation on valve or shut-off
device is damaged
Solution
Water supply pressure shall be 3-6 bar. Increase the water
pressure.
Clean the filters between the product and the water supply.
Check and correct connections if necessary.
Check valve and replace if necessary.
Set the thermostat.
The water supply pressure must be 3-6 bar. Optimal adapt to the
cold water pressure.
Dismount product while being connected and pull hoses
"straight". If hot water is flowing, reconnect the panel.
(Tip: Use an angle pipe adapter)
Check and correct connections if necessary.
Clean the filters between the product and the water supply.
ATTENTION: During longer periods of inactivity, deposits may
form in the water connection pipe.
Clean the temperature controller and replace it if necessary.
Clean the button and replace the spring if necessary.
In active mode stroke over the nups in order to clean them.
Due to the sensitive negative pressure, the shower head must be
in the horizontal position.
Clean the shut-off device and replace it if necessary.
