EVENT LOG
Event log complete with all information (activated codes, user that used them, users called, etc.). Up to 1275
events can be displayed.
CONTACTS
Access code entry. The access codes may be Permanent (always valid), Metered (valid for a certain number of
uses) or associated with a Validity date. In the latter case, each code can be assigned a validity start/end date,
dual daily time band and validity days.
Contacts
•
Name: enter a username.
•
Call code: enter the call code paired with the Name field (from 1 to 240, the code 240 is reserved for call
to switchboard).

Alias: enter the numerical code to use on the keypad when you want to call the code entered in the "Call
code" field (e.g.: if the "Call code" field contains the value "1" and the "Alias" contains the value "300",
when the number "300" is entered on the number keypad followed by the "Bell" key, a call is made to the
user with code "1").
•
Access code: enter the desired access code (compulsory field).
•
Validity: select the validity time for the code (compulsory field).

Permanent: the access code is always valid.
◊
Metered: the code is valid for a certain number of uses.
◊
Date: the code is only valid for the set time period.

No. of accesses: for codes set as "Metered", enter the maximum permitted number of uses. Once the
limit is reached, the code will no longer be active.

Validity start date / Validity end date: for codes set as "Date", enter the validity start and end date. It is
also possible to set other usage limits by completing the "Enable time band" fields (up to 2), specifying
the "Validity start time" and the "Validity end time" as well as the days of the week on which they may be
used.

All access codes can be assigned up to 4 different actions which will be carried out consecutively.

Name: select a "Name" or an "Access code" set in the "Directory" menu.

Audio call: when the access code is entered on the number keypad, an audio call is made to the
address entered in the "Address" field.
•
Address: select the address to which you want to make the audio call (from 1 to 240).
•
Number of calls: select the number of calls to make to the address entered in the "Address" field (System
settings or from 1 to 10).

Video call: when the access code is entered on the number keypad, a video call is made to the address
entered in the "Address" field.
•
Address: select the address to which you want to make the audio call (from 1 to 240).

Number of calls: select the number of calls to make to the address entered in the "Address" field (System
settings or from 1 to 10).

Activate keypad relay: enter the access code to activate the number keypad relays.

Select relay: select the relay you want to activate (Relay 1 or Relay 2).

Actuator control: enter the access code on the number keypad to activate an actuator.

Address: enter the address of the actuator to be activated (from 1 to 255).

Control on Ultra bus (UDB): enter the access code on the number keypad to send a command over
the Ultra bus (default).
•
Output: select the output you want to activate on the audio or audio/video module to which the number
keypad is connected (module SE output, default, or module relay output).
