Day
function
First connect the pump into the right socket. Install the light sensor
which is provided with a 4m long cable close to a light source within the
room. Insert the power plug into the electric plug socket. The Water timer
initializes itself, this can last up 10 seconds and the initialization is complete
when the two red LEDs begin to flash.
Set your desired cycle time on the "impulse" knob and the break time
between each irrigation on the "interval" knob. Do this separately on the the
day and night adjustment switches.
When it is daytime, the light sensor switches on the day function and when
it's nighttime it will switch to the night function.
The relevant LED will light up a constant red colour during the periods
when the pump is working. There is a 5 minute switch over period between
the day and night functions and during this time the LEDs will flash to
indicate the change.
The time frame can be set as follows:
