Defective Geberit
electrofusion
coupling, defective
Geberit
electrofusion tape
for anchor point or
defective Geberit
electrofusion
coupling with
integrated thermal
fuse
Sleeve connection
plug removed
during the welding
procedure
Actions
Disconnect the mains
plug
Visually inspect the
contacts on the sleeve
connection cables and
dry or clean them if
necessary
Use a new Geberit
electrofusion coupling, a
new Geberit
electrofusion tape for
anchor point or a new
Geberit electrofusion
coupling with integrated
thermal fuse
Disconnect the mains
plug
Press the start button
and hold for three
seconds
Repeat the welding
procedure with the
cooled Geberit
electrofusion coupling,
the cooled Geberit
electrofusion tape for
anchor point or the
cooled Geberit
electrofusion coupling
with integrated thermal
fuse
