Sostituzione olio

La sostituzione dell'olio e del filtro deve esse-
re effettuata ogni 6000 Km. presso un Punto di
Assistenza Autorizzato Derbi. Il motore deve
essere svuotato facendo fuoriuscire l'olio dal
tappo di scarico "B" fig 2 del filtro a rete lato
volano. Per facilitare la fuoriuscita dell'olio allen-
tare il tapo/astina (fig. 1). Poichè una certa
quantità di olio rimane ancora nel circuito, il
riempimento deve essere effettuato con circa
600-650 cc. di olio dal tappo "A" fig. 1. Avviare
quindi il veicolo, lasciarlo girare per qualche
minuto e spegnerlo: dopo circa 5 minuti contro-
llare il livello ed eventualmente rabboccare
senza mai superare il livello MAX. La sostitu-
zione del filtro a cartuccia deve essere effettuata
ad ogni cambio olio. Per i rabbocchi e la sostitu-
zioni impiegare olio nuovo del tipo AGIP CITY
4T
Far funzionare il motore con lubrifica-
zione insufficiente o con lubrificanti
impropri, accelera il logorio delle parti
in movimento e può dar luogo a guasti gravi.
L'olio usato contiene sostanze peri-
colose per l'ambiente per la sostitu-
zione dell'olio consigliamo di rivolger-
si ad un Punto di Asistenza Autorizzato
Derbi, che è attrezzato per smaltire olio usati
nel rispetto della natura e delle norme di
legge.

Oil change

Have the oil and the filter changed every
6000 km at a Authorised Derbi Service Cen-
ter. Completely drain the engine oil through
drain plug "B" fig. 2 of the net filter flywheel
side. To facilitate the oil draining, unloose the
dipstick cap (fig. 1). Some of the original oil will
always remain in the circuit, therefore, after refit-
ting the drain and strainer plugs pour in only 600
or 650 cc of new oil through filler plug "A" (fig.
1) Now start the engine and allow it to idle for a
few minutes before switching off. Wait for about
5 minutes and then check the level, topping up if
necessary but without exceeding the MAX
level mark.The filer cartridge must be changed
every time you change the oil. For oil changes
and top-ups use new oil type Agip City 4T.
Running the engine with insuffi-
cient or unsuitable oil causes
rapid wear of moving parts and can
result in irreparable damage.
Used oil is harmful for the environ-
ment. We recommend taking the
scooter to an Authorised Derbi
Service Center for oil changes. Our service
centres are properly equipped for the dispo-
sal of used oil respecting the environment
and in compliance with the law .

werden. Das Motoröl muß durch die Ablaßschraube "B"
(fig. 2) des Netzfilters auf der Lichtmaschinenseite
vollständig aus dem Motor abgelassen werden. Das Öl
fließt schneller ab, wenn gleichzeitig die Einfüllschraube
mit dem Meßstad (Fig.1) geöffnet wird. Da immer eine
gewisse Menge Öl im Kreislauf bleibt, wird zum
Auffüllen nur eine Menge von 600 - 650 cm 3 benötigt.
Das Öl wird durch die Einfüllöffnung "A" (fig. 1) in den
Motor eingefüllt Anschlißend das Fahrzeug starten,
einige Minuten laufen lassen, den Motor abstellen und
nach 5 Minuten den Ölstand erneut überprüfen und
gegebenenfalls Öl nachfüllen, ohne dabei jedoch den
MAX Ölstnd zu überschreiten. Das Filterelement muß
bei jedem Ölwechsel erneuert werden. Zum Nachfüllen
und für den Ölwechsel empfehlen wir neues Öl vom Typ
Agip City 4T.
