Notes on working

Cleaning, changing, calibrating and setting of the machine may only be carried out when the motor is switched
off and the rotating milling tool has completely stopped. Secure the machine against inadvertant starting!
Pull the power supply plug!
Workpiece guidance
Fig. "O"
• The workpiece feed direction is always dictated by
the motor direction of rotation.
• With motor direction "left", the workpiece feed is
from right to left.
With motor direction "right", the workpiece feed is

from left to right.

Workpiece feed direction
Pay attention to a secure workpiece guidance. For
smaller workpieces, use auxiliary material like a
push handle (optional accessory Order no. 7963
1000) or a clamping device.

Workpiece pressure from above
Press the workpiece from above against the bench
using the pressure shoe.
3)
Workpiece pressure from the side
In addition to pressing the workpiece from above,
press it also against the moulding fence from the
side. To do this, move the pressure rollers to touch
the side of the workpiece. Mount the rollers in the
holes "B" to suit the workpiece.
Adapt guard "A" to the workpiece height.
Milling tool - direction of rotation
The workpiece direction of feed (1) is always dictated
by the turning direction of the milling tool (4):
The direction of rotation can be changed from "left" to
"right" with the reversing switch.
