PULSE MEASUREMENT
When the Treadmill turns on, place your hands on the heart rate pads for
approximately 30 seconds. The console will display the heart rate. The display
range is 50-200 beats/minute.
Note: This data is for athletic reference only, it cannot be used as medical
data.
FOLDING THE TREADMILL
•
Turn off the power before folding the treadmill.
•
The next time you fold it out, make sure to unplug it from the power outlet.
•
For safety reasons, approximately 1 meter of space is required behind the
back of the treadmill (the console side is the front) to unfold the treadmill.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Note: Switch off the appliance before cleaning and maintenance and
unplug the plug from the socket.
Cleaning
•
After each exercise, ensure that the unit is wiped down and any sweat is
removed from the unit.
•
The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
•
Do not use abrasives or solvents. Be careful not to get excessive moisture
on the display panel as this might damage the unit and create an
electrical hazard.
•
Please keep the treadmill, especially the computer console, out of direct
sunlight to prevent damage to the screen.
