Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the HDMI 2.0 to DisplayPort 1.2
Converter. This product has been designed to provide trouble
free, reliable operation. It benefits from both a LINDY 2 year
warranty and free lifetime technical support. To ensure correct
use, please read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference. The LINDY HDMI 2.0 to DisplayPort 1.2 Converter has
been developed to provide a simple to use solution for connecting
HDMI 2.0 18G equipment such as a PC to a display device with

Installation and Operation
•
Use the EDID dip switch settings below to set the desired
resolution.
•
Connect your HDMI source and DP sink device using a good
quality cable up to 5m length each.
•
If required a standard 3.5mm or SPDIF Phono/RCA cable can
be connected between the converter and a display or
amplifier.
•
Connect the supplied 5V power supply, power on your
devices and select the relevant input on the displays.

Please Note:
•
The DisplayPort output has no audio stream
•
When colour space of input resolution is 4:2:0 or 4:2:2, it will
be forced convert to 4:4:4
•
The USB Mini-B port is for future firmware upgrades

wie z.B. einen PC an ein Display mit DP 1.2-Schnittstelle
anzuschließen.

Installation und Betrieb
•
Verwenden Sie nach Möglichkeit zwei Displays mit der
gleichen Auflösung. Für die gewünschte Auflösung nehmen
Sie bitte die unten angegebenen EDID-Einstellungen mit
dem Dipschalter vor.
•
Verbinden Sie die HDMI-Quelle und das DisplayPort-Gerät
mit einem qualitativ hochwertigen Kabel bis zu 5m Länge.
•
Bei Bedarf kann ein Standard-3,5mm- oder SPDIF-Kabel
mit RCA-Stecker zwischen Konverter und einem Display
oder Verstärker angeschlossen werden.
•
Schließen Sie dann das 5V-Netzteil an, schalten Sie die
Geräte ein und wählen Sie den entsprechenden Eingang
auf ihren Displays aus.

Hinweise:
Der Displayport-Ausgang gibt keine Audiodaten
aus. Wenn der Farbraum der Eingangsauflösung 4:2:0 oder
4:2:2 beträgt, wird er automatisch auf 4.4:4 konvertiert. Der
USB Mini-B-Port ist
vorgesehen.
