    FRONT PANEL: POWER SWITCH press to toggle the power on or off. PROTECT By overheat or when DC is occured at power amp blocks, protection cirquit is activated and „protect“ -LED turns red. The protection cirquit and LED is always activated for 3 seconds after you turn the amplifier on. LIMIT Lights up orange when the output signal distortion on the corresponding channel rises above 1% -indicating that“clipping“has occurred because the signal level is too high.

The Speakon connector is designed specially for high- power speaker connections. It locks in place, prevents shock hazard, and assures the correct polarity.     FRONT: NETZSCHALTER Hier schalten Sie den Verstärker ein und aus. PROTECT Die "protect"-LED leuchtet rot, wenn die Schutzschaltung aufgrund von Überhitzung oder Gleichspannung im Signal aktiviert wird. Außerdem ist die Schutzschaltung nach dem Einschalten des Verstärkers 3 Sekunden lang aktiv ("protect"-LED leuchtet). LIMIT Die "LIMIT"-LED leuchtet orange, wenn der Signalpegel zu hoch eingestellt ist und die Verzerrung des Ausgangssignals im entsprechenden Kanal über 1% liegt ("Clipping").

Speakon-Steckverbin- der wurden speziell für Hochleistungs-Lautsprecherverbindungen entwickelt. Sie lassen sich verriegeln, vermeiden Risiken durch elektrischen Schlag und gewährleisten stets die richtige polarität. LAUTSPRECHERKAbEL Je größer der Kabelquerschnitt und kürzer die Kabellängen sind, desto geringer sind die Leitungsverluste und Dämpfung des Signals.
  • Seite 20 VERKABELUNG: NF-KAbEL Wir empfehlen den Einsatz hochwertiger, symmetrischer NF-Kabel (mit zwei Leitern für das Audiosignal plus sepa- rater Abschirmung) mit XLR-Steckverbindern. Es ist zwar auch möglich, unsymmetrische Kabel an den Verstärker anzuschließen, grundsätzlich sollte jedoch der Verwendung symmetrischer Kabel der Vorzug gegeben werden. Heutige Audio-Hardware wird meist über symmetrische Verbindungen angeschlossen, da die Abschirmung alle metallenen Gehäuseteile miteinander verbindet und Störeinflüsse von außen, in erster Linie Rauschen und Brum- men, auf diese Weise effektiv verhindert werden.
