Cleaning
— Before using this product for the first
time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
— Always wash the product by hand after
use.
— Do not use steel wool or anything that
may scratch the coating. Dishwasher
detergent can affect the surface.
— The base is slightly concave when cold,
but expands to flatten out when heated.
Always leave the product to cool before
cleaning it. This allows the base to
resume its shape and helps to prevent it
from becoming uneven with use.
Good to know
— The pan is suitable for use on all types
of hobs.
— Take care! The pan is heated up very
quickly, especially on induction and gas
hobs.
— Use the pan on a hob of the same or
smaller diameter to save energy.
— Always lift the pan when moving it on
a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of
scratching the hob.
— Do not place the empty pan on a hot
hob and never let it boil dry. The pan
gets overheated quickly, and then the
base becomes skew and the coating
loses its non-stick properties.

— Only use wooden or plastic utensils
without sharp edges.
— The pan gets hot when it is in use.
Always use pot holders when moving
the pan.
— The handles can get damaged by the
flame when the pan is used on a gas
hob.
— If a handle feels loose, tighten the screws
with a screwdriver.
