OPERATION - Using for the first time
1. Take the appliance out of the packaging.
2. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').
OPERATION - Use
The Kitchen Master is supplied with three different accessories.
•
The mixing blade (4) can be used to mix batter for, for example, cake, biscuits, bread, and pastry.
•
The whisk (6) can be used to beat products such as egg white, mayonnaise, and whipped cream.
•
The dough hook (5) can be used to knead dough for bread, as well as other fermenting doughs.
1. Press the lift handle (8) downwards with one hand, and lift the mixer head (11) with your other hand until
the head locks in the raised position.
2. Add the ingredients to the mixing bowl (3).
3. Fit the mixing bowl to the appliance. Make sure that the bowl fits into the openings in the base, and turn
the bowl clockwise to the stop; the mixing bowl is now secured onto the appliance.
