Rohinstallation
Masszeichnungen auf Klappseite I beachten!
- Waagerechten Mauerdurchbruch Ø 32mm herstellen, siehe
Abb. [1].
- Rohr mit Verschlusskappe (A) und Dichtung (B) verschliessen,
siehe Abb. [2].
- Das Messingrohr mit Isolierung waagerecht oder mit
leichtem Gefälle zum Armaturenkörper in das Bohrloch
einsetzen, siehe Abb. [3].
- Verdrehschutz mit Dübeln und Schrauben befestigen, siehe
Abb. [4]. Dübel und Schrauben sind nicht im Lieferumfang
enthalten!
- Wasseranschluss mit 1/2" Aussengewinde oder Ø 15mm Cu-
Rohr herstellen, siehe Abb. [5].
- Isolierung bündig an der Wand ablängen, siehe Abb. [6].
41 205: Fertiginstallation, siehe Abb. [7a]
- Rohr auf 24mm vor der Wand ablängen und entgraten.
- Rosette (C) bündig an Mauerwerk aufschrauben.
- Armaturenkörper aufschrauben.
41 206 bis 41 209: Fertiginstallation, siehe Abb. [7b]
- Rohr auf 15mm vor der Wand ablängen, entgraten.
- Rosette (F) auf Armaturenkörper aufstecken und Armaturen-
körper aufschrauben.
- Rosette (F) an die Wand drücken und mit Gewindestift (G)
befestigen.
41 205 bis 41 209: Spindel ablängen
- Oberteil (D) kpl. aus Armaturenkörper herausschrauben, siehe
Abb. [7a] und [7b].
- Montagehilfe (H) auf Spindel (J) stecken, siehe Abb. [8].
- Dichtkegel (K) mit Spindel (J) und Montagehilfe (H) bis zum
Anschlag in den Armaturenkörper schieben.

Preliminary installation
Refer to the dimensional drawings on fold-out page I.
- Make horizontal hole through wall with a dia. of 32mm, see
Fig. [1].
- Seal pipe with cap (A) and seal (B), see Fig. [2].
- Insert the brass pipe with insulation into the bore-hole
horizontally or at a slight downward incline to the fitting
body, see Fig. [3].
- Attach torsion protection using plugs and screws, see Fig. [4].
Plugs and screws are not included in the pack.
- Make water connection with 1/2" external thread or Ø 15mm
copper pipe, see Fig. [5].
- Cut off insulation flush to the wall, see Fig. [6].
41 205: Final installation, see Fig. [7a]
- Cut pipe to provide a 24mm projection from the wall and deburr.
- Screw on escutcheon (C) flush to the masonry.
- Screw on fitting body.
41 206 to 41 209: Final installation, see Fig. [7b]
- Cut pipe to provide a 15mm projection from the wall, deburr.
- Attach escutcheon (F) to fitting body and screw on fitting body.
- Press escutcheon (F) against the wall and secure using set
screw (G).
41 205 to 41 209: Cut spindle to length
- Unscrew headpart assembly (D) out of fitting body, see Fig. [7a]
and [7b].
- Attach installation aid (H) to spindle (J), see Fig. [8].
- Push conical seal (K) with spindle (J) and installation aid (H) into
the fitting body as far as possible.
- Press spindle (J) into the fitting body until the conical seal (K) is
completely compressed.

- Spindel (J) in den Armaturenkörper eindrücken, bis
Dichtkegel (K) völlig zusammengedrückt ist.
- Dichtkegel (K) und Spindel (J) mit Montagehilfe (H)
herausziehen, siehe Abb. [9].
Montagehilfe (H) darf nicht verrutschen.
- Spindel (J) direkt hinter der Montagehilfe (H) ablängen.
- Oberteil (D) auf Spindel (J) stecken und mit Gewindestift (E)
befestigen.
- Oberteil (D) öffnen, siehe Abb. [10].
- Dichtkegel (K) mit Spindel (J) in den Armaturenkörper stecken
und mit Oberteil (D) verschrauben.
- Griff bzw. Kappe montieren, siehe Abb. [11].
Nach jedem Schließen der Armatur läuft für einige Sekunden
Wasser nach, da sich die Armatur entleeren muss.
Angeschlossene Schläuche immer offen halten und leerlaufen
lassen! Zu Beginn der Frostperiode Schläuche unbedingt
abnehmen!
Wartung
Alle Teile prüfen, reinigen, evtl. austauschen und mit Spezial-
armaturenfett (Best.-Nr. 18 012) einfetten.
Wasserzufuhr absperren!
I. Austausch des Oberteils, siehe Klappseite I.
II. Rohrbelüfter (41 833) und Belüfterkegel (41 835)
ausschrauben und reinigen, siehe Klappseite I.
Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.
Ersatzteile, siehe Klappseite I ( * = Sonderzubehör).
Pflege
Die Hinweise zur Pflege sind der beiliegenden Pflegeanleitung zu
entnehmen.
- Pull out conical seal (K) and spindle (J) using installation aid (H),
see Fig. [9].
Installation aid (H) must not slip.
- Cut spindle (J) to length directly behind the installation aid (H).
- Connect headpart (D) to spindle (J) and secure using set
screw (E).
- Open headpart (D), see Fig. [10].
- Push conical seal (K) with spindle (J) into the fitting body and
screw to headpart (D).
- Install handle or cap, see Fig. [11].
Each time the fitting is closed, water will continue to run for a
few seconds because the fitting has to drain. Always keep
connected hoses open and allow to run empty. At the start of
the frost period, always detach hoses.
Maintenance
Inspect and clean all parts, replace as necessary and grease with
special grease (Prod. no. 18 012).
Shut off water supply!

II. Unscrew and clean pipe vent (41 833) and vent plug (41 835),
see fold-out page I.
Reassemble in reverse order.
