the pan. You should therefore never fry
large amounts at once.
• Let the oil heat up to the optimum
temperature again before frying the next
portion (i.e. wait until the pilot light goes
off).
• Adjust the thermostat control in
accordance with the instructions given on
the packaging of deep frozen items. If no
instructions are given, set the thermostat
to the highest setting (190º).
• These instructions are also valid for some
foods that require careful preparation,
such as croquettes, for example.
• Deep frozen foods often contain an
excessive quantity of ice. It is best to
eliminate this ice before frying.

• The following table gives some
recommendations for obtaining the best
results from your fryer. Do not exceed the
maximum quantities indicated.
• If the information given in the table
differs from that on the food packet,
always follow the instructions given on
the packet.

This appliance is guaranteed for one year
from time of purchase, against any
manufacturing defect.
The guarantee will be annulled if the

presented with the date of purchase and the
seller's stamp.
