Rinse the broccoli and clean it�
Place in a glass oven dish with
lid� Add 2 tablespoons (for 0�2 -
0�3 kg) or 3 to 4 tablespoons (for
0�3 - 0�4 kg) of water� Place the
bowl with lid in the centre of the
baking tray� Stir well after cooking�

Rinse the cauliflower and clean
it� Place the cauliflower in
a glass oven dish with lid� Add 2
tablespoons (for 0�2 - 0�3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0�3 - 0�4 kg)
of water� Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray�
Stir well after cooking�

them� Place the carrots in
a glass oven dish with lid� Add 2
tablespoons (for 0�2 - 0�3 kg) or 3
to 4 tablespoons (for 0�4 - 0�5 kg)
of water� Place the bowl with lid
in the centre of the baking tray�
Stir well after cooking�

Rinse the potatoes and clean
them� Rub the potatoes with olive
oil and prick the skin with a fork�
Place them in the bowl with lid and
let the dish stand for 3 - 5 minutes
after cooking�

them� Cut them in half and put
them in the bowl with lid� Add
1 - 2 tablespoons of water� Stir
well after cooking� For large
quantities, also stir thoroughly
halfway through the cooking
process� Let the dish stand
another 3 - 5 minutes after
