15.1 Safety information

Attention
Please observe the safety instructions, before cleaning your device
► The blades are really sharp. Handle them with care.
► Do not immerse the motor unit, the whisk coupling unit or the coupling unit of the mini
chopper in water.

15.2 Cleaning

1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Press the release buttons on the motor unit to remove the accessory you used.
3. Disassemble the accessory and clean it.
Please note
► You can also remove the rubber ring from the chopper bowl for extra thorough cleaning.
► For quick cleaning, pour warm water with some dish soop in the beaker, insert the
blender bar and let the appliance operate for approx. 10 seconds.

16 Troubleshooting

Attention
► Repairs of electrical appliances must be carried out by qualified personnel who are

► If above mentioned steps don't solve the problem, please contact your customer
service.
► Please clean the device before sending it to customer service.
To Rectify
Please check whether the power plug is properly plugged.
Please check whether the assembly is done according to
assembly methods.
The overheat protection was activated. Pull out power supply plug
and wait for the motor to cool (about 20 to 30 minutes), then use
again.
