Read this instruction manual carefully before using the device. During operation, the instruction
manual must be stored together with other instructions and manuals in a safe place accessible
to personnel. To avoid personal injury and equipment damage, all of the following requirements
and rules must be strictly adhered to.

Before using the device for the first time, unpack it, remove the packaging materials and
protective films, and wash it thoroughly according to the cleaning instructions below.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

All basic elements of the structure are made of stainless steel. The unique extrusion system
allows the piston to return to its original position quickly, which speeds up the sausage filling
process. There are 2 piston stroke speeds for more powerful extrusion and quick return. The
device is ideal for use both at home and in restaurants. Easy to clean and quick to assemble.

1. CHECK THAT ALL PARTS ARE WORKING PROPERLY. Before using the sausage filler, make
sure that all parts are working properly and perform their functions. Check bending or
moving parts, installation and other conditions that may affect the operation of the
device.
2. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT LEAVE THE DEVICE UNATTENDED. The
dehydrator is NOT A TOY.
3. The manufacturer assumes no liability in the event of improper use of the sausage
filler. Improper use of the sausage filler will VOID the warranty.
4. NEVER store or leave the sausage filler below 32°F (0°C).
5. Repairs are carried out in a licensed workshop. Use only spare parts and accessories
form the manufacturer. Modifying the sausage filler will VOID the warranty.
6. Make sure that the sausage filler is in a stable position during operation. All four legs
must stand firmly on a flat surface. The sausage filler must remain stationary during
operation.
7. NEVER use the sausage filler with the drive cover open or removed.
