1. The overall circumference of the headband can be made larger or smaller
by rotating the knob (6) on the back of the headband (Adjustment A). To
expand the headband press and turn the knob counter clockwise. To
minimise the circumference, press and turn the knob in clockwise direc-
tion. This can be done whilst wearing the helmet and allows just the right
tension to be set to keep the helmet firmly on the head without being too
tight.
2. If the headband is riding too high or too low on your head adjust the
headgear strap which passes over the top of your head. To do this,
release the end of the band by pushing the buckle (8) out of the hole in the
band. Slide both portions of the band to a greater or lesser width as
required (Adjustment B). Test the fit of the headgear by lifting up and
closing down the helmet a few times while wearing. If the headband
moves while tilting re-adjust it until it is stable.
3. To stop position can be adjusted with the stop adjusting knob (5). Loosen
the turning knob and lift up the lever and hook the pin of the lever in the
suitable position. (Adjustment C). Re-tighten the adjusting knob.
