Using the appliance
Grill
The grill heater (upper inner heating element) is in operation
and switches on and off to maintain the temperature generated.
Full-width grill
The two upper radiators are in operation.
This is suitable for grilling flat pieces of meat, steaks, sausages,
fish, scampi, toast bread, etc.
Grilling/frying system
The two upper radiators and the fan are in operation.
This is particularly suitable for grilling and roasting larger pieces
of meat, as well as for gratinating and gratinating.
In most cases the most favourable temperature for this type of
heating is 165 °C, as marked on the temperature knob.
Hot air
Ring heater and fan are in operation.
The optimum heat distribution in the cooking chamber reduces
the risk of burning the food.
If possible, always use this heating mode if you want to cook
on several levels at the same time.
ECO-Funktion
For energy-saving cooking: The heating elements for top and
bottom heat and the fan are in operation, and the operating time
of the heating elements is regulated to reduce power consumption.
The food is heated in a particularly gentle and energy-saving way.
The cooking time is extended, comparable to a „slow cooking"
function. This keeps meat juicier, for example.
