Fitting the protective cover, for size 2 to 5

The protective cover for Drehantrieb size 2 to 5 is fitted onto the
rotary actuator housing to protect the adjustable stop when
sensors are not used. When using sensors, a sensor housing is
fitted instead (see "Fitting the sensor unit, for size 1 to 5", below).
Fit the protective cover onto the rotary actuator with the two
fixing screws supplied. See Table 2 for tightening torque.

Fitting the sensor unit, for size 1 to 5

The sensor unit for Drehantrieb size 1 to 5 is fitted directly onto the
rotary actuator housing and has two adjustable sensors fitted at
delivery. The magnet (1) with a magnet holder is supplied unfitted.
Fit the magnet holder (9) in the fixing hole on the swivel arm

(10) using the fixing screw (8) supplied.
Fit the sensor housing (7) onto the the rotary actuator (11)

using the two supplied fixing screws (2). See Table 3 for
tightening torque.
Adjust the position of each sensor by using its adjustment screw

(4). The sensor has a marking (3) for the sensing point and
angle markings (6) on the sensor housing to help with the
positioning.
Lock the sensor unit to the rotary actuator with the locking

screw (5). Tightening torque: 40 – 50 Ncm.
