Recipe
Rosemary Olive Bread

750g flour
420ml cold water
75g oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 package yeast
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
25g green or black drained olives without
stones.

1. Put the flour, water, salt, sugar, oil and
yeast in a bowl.
2. Knead the dough with the kneading
hooks for maximum 3 minutes on "+"
(TURBO).
3. Put the bowl with the dough in the
refrigerator for 60 minutes.
4. Add the rosemary and the olives to the
dough and put it into a one-litre beaker.
5. Insert the kneading hooks and use
the turbo setting to mix the ingredients
for 10s.

6. Bake the bread in a baking tin at 180°
for approximately 30 minutes.
Note: This recipe is extremely heavy for
your mixer. Let your mixer cool down for
60 minutes after preparing this recipe.
