Always respect the instructions and dosage, on the assembly labels, that the manufacturer recommends for the treatment product that
you will be using.
In order to avoid any swallowing of the product, do no eat, drink or smoke whilst handling the treatments.
Do not use the spray on persons, animals, or electric installations.
Do not use the treatment when there is strong wind or extreme heat.
In the event of intoxication, see your doctor, taking the treatment product packaging with you.
Do not dump product or cleaning resides near water bodies, wells, etc..... that will be utilized for use by – human or animal consumption.
Utilize the suitable protection equipment, mask, goggles, gloves, shoes etc.... in order to avoid contact with the treatment products with
the skin, mouth and eyes.
Read the instructions for the sprayer before its use. Do not modify the sprayer. Do not connect it to an external pressure source (manual
use only). Do not obstruct or strike the safety valve. Do not use the sprayer if it is damaged, deformed or altered from its original shape.
Store the sprayer protected from frost and fierce heat (between 5º and 30º C).
This sprayer has been designed to be used with specific products for construction and for the following applications: shuttering, water-
proofing, concrete hardener, descaling, fixing and marking, machinery maintenance.
The air pressure may be a dangerous factor, utilise the sprayer with precaution.

SETTING UP & SPRAYING
Components Assembly. The greater part of the

components are pre-assembled, leaving only
the following steps: 1) Connect the hose to the
handle and the lower part to the tank. 2) Screw
the lance as well as the elbow bend to the handle.
3) Assemble the belt (see drawing detail).
Prior to the commencement of the treatment verify that all the elements are suitably screwed

on with the objective of avoiding possible leaks of the chemical product to spray. Likewise check
the correct operation of the safety valve, to ensure that it is not blocked.
A tank with a maximum load capacity of 5 litres. Tightly screw the complete chamber to

the tank and pressurise the sprayer performing strokes (20 approx.). In the event that the
maximum pressure is exceeded, the value will act as a safety element, releasing the excess
pressure.
To commence the treatment, press the trigger handle and whilst spraying, compensate for

the loss of pressure by further pumping.

MAINTENANCE

After each use depressurize the sprayer and clean it with water.
In the event of obstruction of the nozzle, clean it with water and do not use metallic objects.
If the fi lter of the handle is clogged, disassemble it and clean with water.
In order to prolong the life of the joints, regularly apply with some drops of oil or grease in
the moving parts.
USES AND SECURITY REGULATIONS
GUARANTEE
The guarantee has a period of validity of 3 years from the purchase date and includes
coverage for all manufacture defects. The guarantee does not include cover for inappropriate
uses, the wear and tear from use, modifi cations carried out by the user, or damages caused
by negligence, carelessness or irrational use.
