1.1 General information
The device DigiFlux is used to measure the flow rate and total volume of aqueous solutions in
pressurized installations.
The functional parts are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and high-quality plastic and
electronic components. The materials used correspond to the recognized rules of technology.
The information in this user manual enables you to operate the device safely, properly and
economically. In particular, basic information on installation, operation and maintenance must be
observed.
Every person who works with this device must read these operating instructions in full beforehand
and observe and apply the listed instructions.
In addition to the operating instructions, the current and locally applicable regulations for accident
prevention and for safe and professional work must be observed.
These operating instructions must always be available at the place of use.
1.2 Field of use
This device is used to measure the flow rate and volume of liquids that have a viscosity such as
water. It is particularly used in water treatment applications. No other application is permitted.
1.3 Safety instructions
Improper handling of the device can damage or destroy the device. Read the instructions for the
device and keep them for later use.
Liquids entering the housing can damage or destroy the electronics of the device. Operate the
device only in an environment that corresponds to the protection class.
Damaged connection threads or damages at the flow cell can cause leaks and damages caused
by leaking liquids.
