1. Buttons don't work
Check if the "Hold" button is "On". If yes, switch to
"Off" and try again.
2. LCD display error
Check if the proper language is selected in the "ID3
Language".
3. Files cannot be downloaded after the player
connects to computer.
Check if the computer mainboard supports USB2.0
device. System upgrade may be needed.
If you are using Window 98 operation system, you
need to install the driver first.
Check if the player has free memory
4. The player cannot be charged.
Check if the AC adapter is properly connected.
The fully charged battery cannot be further charged.
