• Do not cover the trays with aluminum foil or other foil that retains heat, otherwise the
smoker may be damaged.
• Make sure the drip tray is at the bottom of the smoker. Do not slide the drip tray into
one of the other slots as it may retain heat and damage the smoker.
• Always open the door very carefully to allow the steam to escape. Open the door
slowly to allow the steam/smoke to escape slowly and away from you. Make sure
that there is no body part in the steam/smoke when you open the door.
Important notes on assembly
Build the smoker outdoors under a party tent not smaller than 3x3x2.5 m
(W x D x H). Place the unit all the way in the middle, directly under the dome.
