Chapter V
Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning
1 Daily inspection
Inspection before startup
a> Check the power supply, voltage, grounding, etc.
b> The bypass valve is in the closed position.
C> The power supply of electric drainer is normal and the drain valve is in the open position.
d> When checking if the temperature in the equipment room is high, turn off the exhaust fan.
Inspection during operation
a> When the RUN indicator remains on, the compressor shall be running.
b> The surface of the air-cooled radiator is clean without blockage due to dust. The radiator fan motor shall run normally. (Note: Depending
on the design, some fan motors run continuously, and the others stop and run repeatedly.)
c> The evaporative pressure gauge (dew point temperature/evaporation temperature) shall give indications within the normal range during
operation. Otherwise, the equipment may be overloaded. Please do troubleshooting immediately. If the pressure is lower than 1kg/cm2,
there may be refrigerant leakage.
d> Check if the air pressure indicated on the pressure gauge (if not equipped, check the pressure gauge supplied with the air compressor
or air reservoir) is lower than 1.5kg/cm2 which may cause air leakage from the float type drainer (not for electric drainer)
The noise is driving me crazy.
OVERLOAD. The following operation status will cause overload.
Too high intake compressed air temperature
Too high ambient temperature (38° C or more)
Too low voltage (below 198V)
The vent is too close to the wall, even blocked by the wall; or it is blocked by dust.
