SELECTION OF COOKWARE FOR GLASS-CERAMIC COOKTOP
Glass-ceramic cooktop does not require the selection of special
cookware. You can use any type of cookware.
Do not use cookware with jagged edges and curved bottom.
Make sure that the surface of the bottom of the cookware is smooth,
tight to the glass, and the diameter of the bottom is the same as the
diameter of the cooking zone. Always place the cookware in the center
of the cooking zone. Cookware should not be smaller in diameter than
the heating field.
Always lift the cookware above the surface of the
cooktop, do not move it over the surface, the cookware may
scratch the glass.
