INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Deactivation
At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on the appliance
to "Zero".
If present, the light indicators must stay off.
The appliance must be cleaned regularly and
every incrustation or food deposit removed. See
chapter: "Maintenance".
If present, the indicator lights must be off at the
end of the work cycle.
Check the cleanliness and hygiene of the appliance; see
"Maintenance".
Close the network locks upstream the appliance (Gas - Water
- Electric).
Humidity residue deposited on the hotplate/s can
damage the appliance and cause the hotplate/s
to wear quickly.
In order to eliminate all humidity residue on the
hotplates thus avoiding quick wear, once routine
cleaning has been finished, turn the appliance on
for approximately 10'.
Wait for the temperature of the hotplate to cool off so that the
operator is not burnt.
Check to make sure the drain piping has no obstructions
(Fig.3).
Use a standard sprayer to apply the liquid detergent on the
whole surface of the hob and, using a non-abrasive sponge,
clean the entire surface thoroughly by hand.
The capacity of the container collecting drained material is
limited. Check it frequently so that it does not spill over (Fig. 4).
Fill the recipient 3/4 to handle it safely.
Once the recipient has reached 3/4 its capacity,
remove it from its seat, empty it and put it back
in place.
Empty the container in compliance with waste
disposal procedures in force in the country where
the appliance is used and reposition the emptied
recipient in its housing.
