With your XEN TIMEKEEPERS watch you have chosen a product of
exceptional quality and aesthetic, with which you have set a high
standard for both material and design. You will find all the important
information about the use of and warranty for your XEN watch in this
brochure.

WARRANTY

Time – doesn't it owe its very existence to the human soul that
remembers things past, perceives the present and anticipates the
future? The XEN TIMEKEEPERS MECHANICAL walk the fine line between
classic and contemporary style. In a timeless design and always
up-to-date. It celebrates every single second of everyday existence.
We provide you with a warranty on your XEN watch of 24 months
from the date of purchase. Every XEN watch is carefully crafted using
only the finest materials and outstanding technology. In the event
that a warranty case nevertheless arises, all defects which are
attributable to a material or manufacturing deficiency will be rectified
free-of-charge, upon presentation of the warranty card.
The following are excluded in this warranty:
- Theft, loss, force majeure and accidents (blows, pressure...)
- Damage as a result of incorrect or improper use. Improper handling
also includes, but is not limited to, modifications due to additional
or exchanged components, which are not manufactured by XEN.
- Damages incurred through unauthorised third-party intervention
- Leather strap and crystal
- Wear and naturally occurring aging of the watch (such as e.g.,
deterioration/wear and tear on case, watch straps...).
- Requested repairs that are not accompanied by the warranty card,
which must be completely filled out, dated and signed by the respective
store.
In keeping with this warranty, all work on your XEN watch must be
performed by the authorised XEN repair service, who will document
and certify the completed repairs with the date and official stamp on
the service pages at the end of this brochure.
The warranty is only valid when accompanied by the date of purchase
and signature of the official XEN licence holder where the purchase
was made.
To ensure that your XEN watch continues to run smoothly even after
the warranty period, it should be serviced at regular intervals.
IMPORTANT Please allow your watch to be sent in by a XEN jeweller with the
original warranty card and a brief description of the problem.
