14.2 First commissioning
Check that all moving parts are well positioned
and that the air regulator and the smoke valve
function correctly.
Wipe all external surfaces with a dry cloth to
remove any impurities.
The first lighting of the product (after
the installation or at the beginning
of the season) must be made with
reduced loads (~ 2 kg/h) keeping the
device on for at least 4 hours at low
rate. Proceed with these feed rates for
at least three days before using the
appliance at its full capacity. This will
allow for the evaporation of any moisture
accumulated in the refractory elements
when not used.

The first time you light the stove, smoke
and unpleasant odours might form and
escape due to the evaporation or drying
of some of the materials used. This
phenomenon will gradually disappear.
During the first lightings, we recommend
that you keep the premises well
ventilated.
