Temperature
Do not leave the watch in the sunshine or in extremely hot or cold places for prolonged
periods of time.
Static electricity
The integrated circuits used in the watch are sensitive to static electricity. If the watch is
exposed to intense electricity, it may give a less precise indication of the time.
Shocks
This watch withstands the knocks and shocks that take place during normal daily use and in
sports in which there is no direct physical contact. If the watch is dropped on the ground or is
subjected to intense shocks, it may get damaged or malfunction.
Magnetic fields
This watch is antimagnetic up to 60 gauss and is therefore not influenced by magnetic fields
produced by normal electrical appliances. If it is used near very strong magnetic fields, its
functions may momentarily be affected.
Chemical substances and gases
Do not wear the watch when you are near chemical substances or gases. If the watch comes
into contact with solvents, such as benzene, or products containing substances such as petrol,
polish, detergents, adhesives, its parts may fade or crack.
