General information on the electrical installation

Note:
Ensure correct connection. If the equipment is incorrectly connected, the warranty cover will not be
applicable.

Shielded conductors must be used. All cable shields must be mounted on one side on the
grounding bar provided in the control unit housing for this purpose.

The cable cross section must be dimensioned so that a voltage of 24 V is active at the live locking
element.

It is possible to set an increase of the output voltage by around +10% (load-dependent) at
potentiometer PO1 to balance out the conductor loss.
All control and display elements and cables shown in dotted lines in the terminal diagrams may be
optionally connected.
